Hilary Preston is a certified Pilates trainer, with a background in yoga, dance and athletics. Her teaching is dedicated to helping students cultivate a deeper level of curiosity and awareness of their bodies. Equally important to her is finding the joy and empowerment within that process. Hilary’s work with students of all levels and varying physical histories has convinced her of the body’s ability to radically change and heal. She brings over 15 years of experience and an extensive study of anatomy, dance and yoga to her work by focusing on alignment, body mechanics and injury prevention.
